How do I upload videos/picturesOption 1: Send us your photos/videos through the File above. Once you have sent the file, we will upload/process your order within 1-2 business days, and have your order shipped out to you.

Option 2: Upload your photos/videos to your Motion Frame at home. Simply plug in your Motion Frame to a Computer/Laptop and drag/drop your files onto the device (1,000 MB maximum storage).
Note: Not Support 1:1 format(picture and video)
If showed “NO File” on Screen or picture/video with some mosaic, pls check: 1: If you put video into Video FOLDER, picture into PICTURE FOLDER.
2: Pls check your resolution is no more than screen resolution 854*480 or 480*854
about the power plug, we will ship regards client shipping country used one, not client ordered one
(cause we had met some client don’t know which right plug is for their own country). like if client address is United States, but choose other plug like eu/au/uk, and not leave us message, so we will choose the US Plug which right for delivery address. otherwise pls leave us message that you want eu plug , ship to US. NO NEED US PLUG , LIKE THIS .

When order, please offer FULL RIGHT Delivery Address(even include house No.), receiver’s right phone no. Full name–because this is very important for your local shipper dispatch to your hand when package arrive.
If dispatch failure and package return because of buyer’s wrong address/contact no/not pay import tax, or client don’t want it after get it, shipping cost will charged on buyer side!!!
